Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

StreamChoice offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 3 days of initial subscription
  • Service Issues: Refund if service is unavailable for more than 24 hours
  • Technical Problems: Refund if technical issues cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • Billing Errors: Refund for duplicate charges or billing mistakes

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email
  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 3 days
  • Refunds requested due to user's inability to use the service
  • Refunds for channels not working (we provide alternative channels)
  • Refunds for slow internet connection issues

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Service interruption lasting more than 12 hours
  • Significant reduction in channel availability

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
  • No refunds for unused time after cancellation

7. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will investigate the chargeback claim
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account will be permanently banned
  • We reserve the right to dispute valid chargebacks

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Provide additional evidence or documentation
  • We will provide a final decision within 48 hours
  • All decisions are final and binding

9. UK Consumer Rights
